Overall each sleep cycle is approximately 90 minutes: a few minutes to fall asleep, 30 minutes of a light and slow sleep, 30 minutes of slow and deep sleep and 30 minutes of paradoxical sleep and a few minutes to start waking up.

For a good night's sleep you should calculate how many 90-minute cycles you have to sleep to wake up the moment the last cycle ends and thus wake up without sleep, energy and good mood, for example: if you fall asleep at 23:00, you can wake up at 5am in the morning (4 cycles) or at 6:30 (5 cycles) or at 8:00 (6 cycles) the most important thing is to wake up at the end of the cycle because it is a natural and unforced awakening.
